The ideal candidate will: A) have extensive travel experience in order to put a world-wide quality benchmark in perspective when rating properties, B) Will be familiar and current with furniture, fixture, and decorating options across all budget levels, C) Have an eye or knack for interior design.
Experience with preparing and making professional presentations, both paper and in-person, to Clients.
The ability to diagnosis, and possibly perform, basic household repair and maintenance issues, and cleaning tasks; both on-sight at properties and over the phone with Guests and Property Owners.
Experience in managing both employees and outside vendors/subcontractors.
Intermediate computer skills; specifically with Microsoft Office products, the internet, and other web based systems.
