Scott B. Erickson, Owner/Broker-in-Charge/CEO
A University of North Carolina at Wilmington graduate, Scott double-majored in Business Management and Marketing. Scott holds a North Carolina Real Estate Broker's license and holds the following real estate designations: Acredited Buyer Representative, Acredited Buyer Representative Manager, Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager, and Recreation and Resort Specialist. Scott joined CENTURY 21 Action, Inc. in 1995 as a real estate agent and after Hurricane Fran struck Topsail Island in 1996, Scott also served as an insurance estimator for Action Construction, our sister company. Quickly climbing the corporate ladder, Scott was named the company General Manager in December of 1997 and Chief Executive Officer in 2000 after completing two acquisitions. He now has the responsibility of running the day-to-day operations of the company for both offices and manages both the sales and rental departments. Since his appointment as CEO, Scott has been busy; upgrading the company's computer systems and websites, enlarging the real estate staff, developing tremendous company growth, managing a new marketing program, and implementing a dynamic customer service program. Focusing on the core business strategies/values and the training and education of the real estate agents and the office staff are what Scott believes to be the key to a successful real estate office. Married since 1994 he and his wife, Melissa, reside happily in Pelican Reef. Scott is also a very avid fisherman and his fishing reports are read across the country.
Sidney H. Williams - Owner of CENTURY 21 Action, Inc.
Sidney earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Wake Forest College and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from the University of South Florida. Williams serves as the broker-in-charge of the company he began more than 33 years ago. The real estate company became a CENTURY 21 franchise in 1982. He concentrates on core business growth while employing full-time a Chief Executive Officer, Property Manager, 12 licensed real estate agents, and the largest real estate staff in the area. CENTURY 21 Action, Inc. clearly offers the largest and most experienced group of Topsail Island professionals for both sales and rentals. CENTURY 21 Action, Inc. markets new homes, condominiums, resales, commercial properties and rental properties. With the advantage of generated business and name recognition through the national campaigns of the franchise, CENTURY 21 Action, Inc. is one of the top sales offices in North and South Carolina.
