Action Construction Company of Surf City is a NC Licensed General Contractor Building Unlimited. This is North Carolina’s highest license designation, which allows us to build any type structure, including commercial and residential. Over the last 25 years we have built hundreds of homes of all sizes, shapes and designs on Topsail Island, Figure Eight Island and in Eastern Pender County. The owner, Hiram Williams, is a Nationally Certified Graduate Builder and an Accredited Master Builder in North Carolina. His knowledge and experience make the building process go as smoothly as possible. Action Construction Company has a number of plans and designs, which will help you with ideas during the planning stages. Our in house CAD system and a network of architects, designers and engineers will allow us to work with you to develop a plan that is perfect for you. We have used this design/build process successfully for the construction of many fine custom homes. Action Construction Company is large enough to buy materials at very good prices and build you a good quality home at competitive prices in a reasonable time period. However, we are small enough to give you very personal service throughout the planning and building of your home. Action Kitchens, Baths, & Floors is a Mohawk ColorCenter and carries all the carpets, vinyl, and laminates Mohawk makes. It also has flooring by Armstrong, Mannington and Congoleum. Wellborn, Legacy, and Expressions are among their cabinet lines. They also feature Corian countertops and many other brands of solid surface as well as Formica laminate tops.
