Scott B. Erickson, Owner/Broker-in-Charge/CEO
A University of North Carolina at Wilmington graduate, Scott double-majored in Business Management and Marketing. Scott holds a North Carolina Real Estate Broker's license and holds the following real estate designations: Acredited Buyer Representative, Acredited Buyer Representative Manager, Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager, and Recreation and Resort Specialist. Scott joined CENTURY 21 Action, Inc. in 1995 as a real estate agent and after Hurricane Fran struck Topsail Island in 1996, Scott also served as an insurance estimator for Action Construction, our sister company. Quickly climbing the corporate ladder, Scott was named the company General Manager in December of 1997 and Chief Executive Officer in 2000 after completing two acquisitions. He now has the responsibility of running the day-to-day operations of the company for both offices and manages both the sales and rental departments. Since his appointment as CEO, Scott has been busy; upgrading the company's computer systems and websites, enlarging the real estate staff, developing tremendous company growth, managing a new marketing program, and implementing a dynamic customer service program. Focusing on the core business strategies/values and the training and education of the real estate agents and the office staff are what Scott believes to be the key to a successful real estate office. Scott is also a very avid fisherman and his fishing reports are read across the country.
