A University of North Carolina at Wilmington graduate, Scott double-majored in Business Management and Marketing. Scott holds a North Carolina Real Estate Broker's license and holds the following real estate designations: Accredited Buyer Representative, Accredited Buyer Representative Manager, Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager, and Recreation and Resort Specialist. Scott joined CENTURY 21 Action, Inc. in 1995 as a real estate agent. Scott also served as an insurance estimator for Action Construction, our sister company. Quickly climbing the corporate ladder, Scott was named the company General Manager in December of 1997 and Chief Executive Officer in 2000 after completing two acquisitions. He now has the responsibility of running the day-to-day operations of the company for both offices and manages both the sales and rental departments.
